What medical technologies do you provide?
We specialize in innovative medical technology across eight fields: radiology, oncological surgery, pathology, rehabilitation, neurosurgery, mammography, IT systems, and infrared saunas. We represent leading international manufacturers such as Kubtec (USA), Weyergans (Germany), Synaptive Medical (Canada), Gravity Medical Technology (USA), Ascom (Switzerland), and others. Our portfolio includes both stationary and mobile solutions for hospitals, clinics, and specialist practices.
What is the process from submitting an inquiry to installation?
Within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry, we will contact you to schedule a consultation, during which we will discuss your requirements and the technical capabilities of your workplace. We will then prepare a proposal tailored to your needs. Once approved, we will arrange delivery, provide professional installation by our service team, conduct a technical safety inspection (BTK), and train your staff. The entire process typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the product and availability.
Do you offer financing or leasing for medical equipment?
Yes, we can arrange for the purchase of equipment tailored to your facility’s needs. We work with financial partners specializing in the medical sector and will help you find the best financing option for this investment. We will discuss the specific options during a personal consultation.
Do you provide maintenance services, and how quickly do you respond to breakdowns?
Our service team is fully trained in all the products we offer and is certified to provide maintenance and installation work. We provide routine maintenance inspections, conduct BTK tests, and respond as quickly as possible to any malfunctions in accordance with the service agreement.
Where have you already delivered your technologies?
Our equipment is installed in over 50 hospitals and clinics in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia. If you are interested in specific references from your industry or region, we would be happy to share them with you during a personal meeting. Can your products be integrated with existing systems?
Most of our products are designed for easy integration with existing hospital infrastructure. We would be happy to verify compatibility with your systems (PACS, RIS, HIS) prior to delivery.
What is the situation regarding training and radiological standards?
Staff training is part of our services. After installation, we will train your medical staff on radiation safety protocols and how to operate the equipment.
